Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel once you have registered, there is a $50 administration fee if you cancel before the Saturday before the conference.  All cancellations need to be in writing and emailed to Diane at russocme1@gmail.com 

If you need to cancel between Saturday to the Thursday before the course, you have a couple of options.  You can transfer your registration to another course with in the next 12 months with a $50 transfer fee that you pay when you register for the next course. 

The other option is someone can come in your place. 

If you cancel during the course or after the course there is no refunds.
